Jayne is a very experienced marketeer, working across both business to business and business to consumer experiences and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Her role is to ensure every touchpoint with Ellis Bates is an enjoyable and effective experience, bringing our mission of ‘enhancing people’s lives’ to fruition throughout the whole customer journey.

So, whether you are new to the company and learning all about how Ellis Bates can help you for the very first time, or you have been with us for many years and now wanting to help your children and grandchildren on their financial planning journeys, Jayne and her team aim to provide exactly the right information, at exactly the right time and in the format you prefer.

Outside of work Jayne is passionate about spending time with family and friends and is an avid follower of Liverpool FC and MotoGP.
