Jo Nickell-Lean

Jo has been at Ellis Bates since 2010 as HR Manager. Jo’s role is a fast paced and varied generalist role providing a first class HR service to the business. No one day is the same, she can be busy with recruitment, providing support and guidance to Managers and assisting staff with any HR related matters. Jo also assists the Directors of the business with ad hoc projects and this year was project managing the renovation of the ground floor office in the Harrogate office.

Away from work, Jo lives in Harrogate with her husband and daughter. She likes to attend music concerts, shows and loves holidays.
